             Delegate Nelson, E., moves to amend the committee amendment on page ten, section six, line five, following the word “absolute”, by striking out the remainder of the subsection and inserting in lieu thereof the words “all right, title and interest of the state in the surface of any and all real estate at Cedar Lakes owned by the board, reserving to the state any and all mineral rights appertaining thereto.”
